Last updated: June 2026 · in accordance with the GDPR & DSG. This English version is provided for convenience; the German version is legally binding.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Filmspektakel GmbH
Obere Amtshausgasse 49/2, 1050 Vienna, Austria
Email: office@bauzeitraffer.at · Phone: +43 660 15 06 900
2. General
We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). Below we inform you which data we process when you visit this website and what rights you have.
3. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
This processing serves to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of the website, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. As Netlify is based in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA; this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
4. Contact
If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, details of your construction project, message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Contact form (Tally)
Our contact form is provided via the service Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) and embedded on our pages. The data you enter is transmitted to Tally and processed there on our behalf. For details on Tally's data processing, see tally.so/help/gdpr.
5. Embedded videos (YouTube)
We embed reference films from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) on our website. These videos are loaded only after you click the respective thumbnail — no connection to YouTube is made beforehand. They are embedded in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) to keep data transfer to a minimum.
Once a video is loaded, the provider receives, among other things, your IP address. The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Privacy information: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Demo & live portal (TimeLapseRobot)
For the live demo and the image archive of our construction cameras we use the TimeLapseRobot platform. When you open the live-demo link, you leave our website and are taken to an external page of the provider, whose privacy policy applies to its data processing.
7. Cookies & local storage
This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies of its own. Embedded third-party content (see point 5) may set its own cookies after your consent — i.e. after you click a video.
8. Fonts
The fonts used are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party servers; no personal data is transferred to third parties.
9. Construction cameras & image recordings
As part of our service, we create time-lapse recordings on our clients' construction sites (photos at intervals, not video surveillance). On request, faces and vehicle licence plates are automatically anonymised by our AI (blurring) before the images are stored. The client is responsible for the data-protection-compliant set-up at the respective site; the specific responsibilities and legal bases are governed by the relevant service or data processing agreement.
10. Web analytics
We currently use no web analytics or tracking services.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent given (Art. 7(3)). To exercise your rights, a message to office@bauzeitraffer.at is sufficient.
12. Right to complain
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian supervisory authority:
Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde)
Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna
